Decent quality and fit. You can look great without showing off, and be active in them comfortably though I would more use them to hang out in versus swim a mile. As others have pointed out, sapphire is probably one of the best colors for tan and fit people, and these run a bit small, so order a size bigger than you think. It isn't baggy at all around the waist, and it fits better across my backside and thighs than I would expect the 32 would.
